Located in Moore, Oklahoma, the Hyatt d Service Center supports over 200 Hyatt hotels across North and Latin America with accounting and customer service functions. This position begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days of service. You'll work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This position is located out of our office in Moore, Oklahoma. To work remotely, you must meet our IT requirements, including: High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic only) Cellular-based services are not permitted Certification of service may be requested

STARTING WAGE

00 PER HOUR Join us for an incredible opportunity as a Part-Time Summer Folio Agent at the Hyatt d Service Center. This role will support Hyatt guests by assisting with folio and invoice requests. Responsibilities:

Identify customer information and requests Research and locate needed information using available databases and resources Respond to requests from Hyatt guests regarding invoice and folio requests Forward inquiries to appropriate department when applicable Resolve all guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of customer service experience Intermediate level ofputer and office application proficiency Ability tomunicate effectively in written or verbal form to a variety of audiences
