This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with current clients, assisting with orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our internal team. We are looking for someone who is patient, organized, and maintains a positive attitude when helping customers . Responsibilities Communicate with existing customers via phone and email Assist customers with order inquiries, updates, and product questions Coordinate order processing and shipment status Maintain strong relationships with long-term clients Provide prompt and professional customer support Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Help resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with customers Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
