Customer Service Representative Location Monroe, CT 6468 Date Posted June 10, 2026 Job ID 14740 Employment Type Direct Hire Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative for an established consumer products organization. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Monroe, CT, requiring onsite training during the first 90 days followed by a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by managing orders, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish
  • Process customer orders, pricing requests, quotes, and account updates while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Support sales initiatives through upselling opportunities, account management activities, and proactive customer communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze order activity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and make informed decisions regarding pricing, shipping, and customer needs
  • Support process improvements, documentation updates, training initiatives, and ongoing operational efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting customers within customer service, inside sales, account management, order management, or related environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, order entry systems, or related business systems (SAP experience highly preferred)
  • Strong data entry, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within changing environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous experience supporting B2B customers, promotional products, consumer products, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position offers an anticipated base salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, paid time off, retirement offerings, etc.
