Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our apparel and promotional products team. This role involves customer outreach, order management, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Conduct cold calling to generate new business
• Prepare and send product quotes
• Source promotional products and apparel based on customer needs
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Previous experience in branded merchandise or promotional products strongly desired
