Role:
Resident House Manager (Full-time, 24/7 on-call during duty cycles).
Compensation:
$4,000 / month + Free Private Housing (relocation expenses will be compensated)

The Mission:
Honeywood House is a high-intensity, veteran-owned residential care facility specialized in 100% Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care. We are seeking a disciplined, mission-first Resident House Manager to lead a Class 3 clinical operation in Boring, OR. This is a role for a leader who excels in high-tempo, high-acuity environments and maintains the highest standards of accountability.
Responsibilities:
Maintain high-intensity discipline and safety protocols for 4 high-acuity residents. Coordinate with RN Partner for medication delegation and care plan execution. Manage daily house operations (Bathing, Bathroom assistance, meals), and specialized therapy rotations. Act as the "On-Post" commander for 5 days per week (weekend relief staff are provided), living on-site in a private apartment All utilities (Power, Water, Internet) included.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 years of verifiable caregiving or clinical experience (Required for Class 3 Licensing).

military hospital setting. Background (Preferred): Military medical/behavioral health background preferred (e.g., Combat Medic, Corpsman).
Skillset:
Ability to manage behavioral de-escalation and complex physical needs with zero-fail discipline.
