Job Description
Growing oxygen/respiratory service company is seeking an Customer Service Representative. This position is remote but training is located in our Blue Ash, OH, Branch office. You will need to live in the Blue Ash, OH area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as the first point of contact to all incoming phone calls. Answer all calls in a courteous and professional manner at the highest level of service. Intake information from referral sources, receive calls from clients, maintain and establish accurate. Complete client records, fast paced environment that changes daily. Dispatch calls to delivery drivers within assigned territories. Ensure clear, accurate and timely communication to customers. Serve customers by providing product and service information, actively listens to understand customer needs and expectations. Process customer orders into work order system with accuracy and ensure required departments are informed of customer needs. Interact with customers and management, sales and all personnel in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Track and manage status of equipment set-ups, service and delivery. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Other duties as assigned and per operational need.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in a DME, or oxygen/respiratory healthcare related field. Must possess a High School diploma. Previous office customer service experience with the ability to manage a minimum 10-line phone system, call center experience preferred. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to build strong relationships with customer to insure superior customer service. Able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management. Strong computer skills with accurate data entry to include Equipment Track, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ACT. Ability to adapt to change, demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to accept accountability. Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment. Must be organized and detail oriented. Takes initiative for continuous learning and professional development. Must be punctual, dependable, self-starter with possession of superior follow-up abilities. Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
