Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative Mon- Fri:

11:30am-8:00pm with weekend rotation as needed. This is an in-house position only. No remote work offered at this time. Are you a go-getter with a reputation for going above and beyond? Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat Handling other department responsibilities as needed

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

2 years professional call center experience Candidates must possess excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM Polished written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and phone skills Willing and able to work nights and weekends Friendly, fun to work with, & flexible A self-motivated, customer-focused, superstar team player Knowledge of cigars is HELPFUL but NOT required.
