Pay Rate:
$20-24.80/hr
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required College degree preferred SAP R/3 or equivalent experience Previous customer service experience Order entry experience
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete order management process from order entry through product delivery Process SAP transactions including order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, and invoices Build working relationships with commercial team partners to exceed customer expectations Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate customer needs Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner Review daily reports and proactively address issues related to orders, returns, SAP blocks, and delivery performance Quickly identify and resolve customer issues Investigate and drive timely resolution of customer disputes Coordinate with customers, credit teams, and sales representatives regarding dispute resolution Make decisions regarding customer returns following quality complaints within assigned authority limits Communicate relevant customer information, forecasts, project updates, and organizational changes to the account manager Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment
Work Schedule:
