Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fully remote team supporting membership growth and customer account services in Reston, Virginia. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, managing account-related transactions, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires close partnership with the customer care team to support service goals, deliver a positive customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations using company-provided technology.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through outbound and inbound calls to discuss membership options, explain available services, and encourage enrollment.
• Complete subscription updates, payment-related activities, and other customer transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer information in CRM and related systems to support reliable records management.
• Work closely with customer care colleagues to achieve performance targets and support a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and provide timely resolutions to service-related concerns.
• Use Microsoft Office and internal tools to document interactions, track activity, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Support data management efforts by organizing account details and updating records as needed for operational accuracy. Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing support role.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a customer-focused and detail-oriented manner.
• Experience processing data accurately, including data entry and account record updates.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly.
• Proven ability to manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Reliable ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment using employer-provided equipment.
