Non-Exempt This is a hybrid position, working both on the teller line and as a CSR when needed.
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative/Retail Banker position handles all aspects of customer service and is the customer's primary point of contact.
Essential Functions:
Process daily transactions for customers such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments Handle incoming customer calls Open new accounts Close accounts Identify customer needs Provide information about the bank's products and services Issue debit cards, check orders Handle address changes Assist with online banking issues and other products and services Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, friendly disposition Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members Excellent cooperation and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
