Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer literacy tools. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for team members or clients with precision. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless daily operations. Experience Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills. Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial records. Previous customer service roles emphasizing excellent communication skills and patience. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and patient support, is advantageous. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing speed are essential for success in this role.
