Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness and provide our policy holders with a superior level of customer service Assist existing customers with payments, policy changes, first notice of loss, cancellations, etc. Obtain necessary documentation quickly and efficiently Thoroughly document all interactions - high-volume data entry Maintain and manage consistent follow-up processes Escalate complex requests to licensed CSRs or underwriters for additional assistance or reassignment Requirements for
