Months Contract Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Advocates to assist dental insurance customers with questions about their coverage, benefits, claims, and policy details. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, researching customer concerns, updating information, and providing professional and helpful service.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of remote call center customer service experience. Reliable wired Ethernet internet (100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload); Wi-Fi is not accepted. Good communication, listening, typing, and computer skills. Ability to work with multiple systems, including Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Training & Schedule:
In-person training: from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Monthly in-office engagement day required. Previous insurance, dental office, or DHMO experience is preferred.
