High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe Daily Mission•Must have experience working in the Solar Energy Sector. Act as the primary point of contact, managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within our CRM system.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex solar-related inquiries at the first point of contact whenever possible.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Billing departments to bridge communication gaps and resolve multifaceted issues. What You ll Bring to the Table 2+ years of direct experience in the solar energy sector is required to navigate industry-specific inquiries.
