Customer Service Survey Agent

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring call center survey agents for immediate start. If you're looking for fast onboarding, paid training, and flexible work-from-home opportunities, this is a great short-term role.

What You'll Do:

Conduct customer service & political surveys (NO sales) Follow a script, ask questions, and accurately record responses Maintain professionalism and attention to detail on every call

Requirements:

Must reside in Nevada In order to WFH, you must have reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection (recommended), have own computer equipment and be able to work on-site during the training period which can be 1-5 days. Quiet, distraction-free workspace Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and document responses accurately Must be dependable and responsive when scheduled

Pay & Schedule:
