Customer Experience Job Overview Hopkins Management Group is seeking a people-focused Customer Success Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will conduct welcome calls, build lasting relationships, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their experience with our company. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers feel confident and valued.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Communication Conduct personalized welcome calls with new customers to introduce services and establish trust Serve as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding Guide customers through a smooth and confident start to their experience Follow up with customers proactively to ensure satisfaction and address concerns early Customer Support & Relationship Management Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts Document customer interactions and follow-up items accurately within the CRM system Help customers understand available products, services, and best practices Build strong relationships through excellent communication and responsiveness Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with internal departments to relay customer feedback and improve customer experience Assist with customer-facing resources, scripts, and FAQ materials Support ongoing customer retention and engagement efforts
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service, customer success, or client-facing experience Strong verbal communication and phone skills Excellent written communication for email follow-ups and CRM documentation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Empathetic and relationship-driven personality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in finance, rent-to-own, or dealership environments is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Flexible in-office/remote work arrangement Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Work Location Union City, Tennessee Hybrid in-office/remote flexibility available A Typical Day in This Role A typical day may include conducting welcome calls, responding to customer questions, coordinating with internal teams on account concerns, documenting CRM notes, and helping ensure customers have a positive experience from onboarding through ongoing support. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
