About the Role As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for our customers while helping support the daily operations of our office and service team. This is a hybrid role that combines: customer service scheduling and dispatch support administrative coordination billing and payment support You'll answer incoming calls, coordinate service and installation appointments, assist customers with billing questions, process payments, maintain account records, and support overall office operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and stays organized under pressure. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: organized and detail-oriented customer-focused and professional confident communicating on the phone assertive yet personable adaptable and willing to help wherever needed a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment This role handles approximately 25-50 customer calls per day, so comfort with multitasking and staying composed under pressure is important. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Experience with scheduling, administrative support, or customer service preferred Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections is a plus Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and POS/payment systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly encouraged Previous office or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Responsibilities Include Answering and processing customer phone requests Scheduling service and installation appointments Supporting dispatch and technician coordination Handling billing questions and customer payments Maintaining accurate customer account records Assisting with accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking Conducting collections outreach for past-due accounts Coordinating payment plans and resolving account concerns Providing general administrative and office support as needed Why Work with Pacific Water Conditioning?
