Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies. Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies. Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
2+ years of customer service experience Call center experience a plus Knowledge of MS Office This will be a hybrid schedule -
