The Role We're looking for an experienced, passionate Nurse Injector who doesn't just love injecting — they love teaching. This dual-role position blends hands-on patient care with structured clinical mentorship through our Aesthetics 360 Apprenticeship Program, designed to develop highly skilled RN injectors from the ground up. What You'll Do Clinical (Patient Care) Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with a natural, results-driven approach Conduct thorough patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all PA state scope-of-practice regulations Collaborate with the Medical Director for complex cases and treatment protocols Educator (Apprenticeship Program) Mentor RN apprentices through structured clinic days, hands-on demonstrations, and case reviews Evaluate apprentice technique, documentation, and patient communication using standardized rubrics Administer and grade written assessments across core aesthetic medicine topics Contribute to curriculum refinement and training material updates Model professionalism, safety culture, and the Aesthetics 360 brand standard in every interaction

Qualifications Required:

Active RN or BSN license in Pennsylvania in good standing

Required:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience (neurotoxin + filler)

Required:
