Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or 3-5+ years of customer service experience Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to take initiative and proactively resolve customer inquiries Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in sales, call center, product support, or a related environment preferred Computer proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through phone, email, chat, surveys, and other communication channels Answer customer questions regarding products, programs, installation, and related topics Promote products and identify potential business development and sales opportunities Capture customer feedback, insights, and pain points using platforms such as Salesforce Gather voice-of-customer data and support customer loyalty initiatives Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Collaborate with CX team members, managers, plant personnel, and sales teams to meet customer needs Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team Assist with customer outreach and survey activities to collect market insights and feedback As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
