- We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist
- Tier 1.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain detailed, organized records
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination to support project timelines
- Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for internal teams and customers
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, building skills relevant to business administration
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to improving workflow processes and documentation practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, tracking, and coordination activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Familiarity with scheduling or project coordination tools
