Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for servicing client questions and account needs.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls to answer questions regarding, billing, sales, renewals, account information, etc. Perform outbound customer calls to verify customer satisfaction and provide top of line customer service. Handle customer complaints and guide towards correct department and resolutions. Provide in depth information about services offered. Troubleshoot and resolve account issues and customer concerns. Document and update customer records on Salesforce system and Excel. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. ​
Requirements:
2-3 experience in customer service, support, call center support, administrative or related field. Ability to professionally build rapport with clients. Must be able to work in a team oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
