Job Description

Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant - Hiring Immediately Full-Time Multiple Openings Start Your Customer Service Career Today! Looking for a stable, full-time job with paid training and growth opportunities? Our client is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, supportive team handling inbound calls, billing questions, and service requests.
What You'll Do:
Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist customers Help with billing, payments, account setup, and service requests Provide friendly, professional customer support Perform data entry, documentation, and admin tasks Process payments and basic cash handling
Schedule & Work Setup:
Hybrid role: Work from home + office days Must have reliable high-speed internet & quiet workspace Must be able to come onsite if needed Paid Training Included 6-8 weeks training (attendance required) Full role confidence in 6-10 months Ongoing support from leadership & team
Qualifications:
