What you'll do: Help customers by phone with everything from balance questions to online banking guidance. Assist with fraud alerts, compromised cards, and customer education on scams. Provide support for Active/Live Teller. Answer incoming calls from customers and employees to assist with requests. Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service in processing customers' transactions.
