Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our valued clients. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring each interaction is engaging and solution-focused Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience Assist customers with sales-related questions, upselling products or services when appropriate to enhance their experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service delivery, and achieve collective goals Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or call center environments with strong outbound calling skills preferred Bilingual or multilingual capabilities that enable effective communication with diverse clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs Ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform typing tasks swiftly and precisely Join us in delivering exceptional service that delights our customers!
