Although similar to a Trust Company, TSG is "intentionally different" in our focus and approach to the Estate Fiduciary and Trustee services which we deliver. At TSG, we operate by a core set of values: Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, Service, Kindness, and Stewardship, which guide everything we do, from our internal culture to our client relationships. Our difference begins with our client objectives which are: 1) That the family wealth does not adversely affect a family's ability to do life together; and 2) That the inherited wealth is stewarded to live a life of meaning and purpose. This is the "success" we strive for at Trustee Services Group. TSG works collaboratively with the professional advisory community, in particular with financial advisors and estate attorneys. At Trustee Services Group, we don't manage wealth. We never have and never will. Instead, we always work in collaboration with the client's chosen wealth advisor. Furthermore, even though Trustee Services Group is attorney owned and operated, TSG does not practice law and instead we always work collaboratively with legal team of our client's choosing. Because we don't manage wealth and don't practice law, we are not daily distracted by the complexities of those practices and instead are able to daily focus upon our core competency which is to collaboratively help families navigate through the unique complexities of generational wealth. At TSG we take a "servant leadership" when working with our clients and their chosen wealth advisory team. For our beneficial clients, we strive to regularly educate and invite their active involvement in the Trust and Estate decision making. For our wealth advisory relationships, we seek to equip them to become generational with their client relationships while also collaboratively serving families in the wealth transfer context. With its home office in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and with office presence in Denver, Fort Collins and Cheyenne, Wyoming, Trustee Services Group has clients and relationships throughout the United States. With it's unique focus and collaborative "open architecture" approach, TSG is recognized as an experienced thought leader in generational wealth.
