YOUR ROLE

Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals Process policies, renewals, and claims efficiently Support agency growth goals and team collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

P&C insurance license strongly desired (or commitment to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Customer service orientation Professional, ethical approach to client relationships

PREFERRED

Insurance industry experience Sales track record Familiarity with agency management systems Local community connections
