This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer support, and representing our brand in various community settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual in English and other languages, and have experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and gather feedback Provide exceptional customer support and client services via phone and in person Maintain accurate data entry and documentation using Microsoft Office and other computer applications Assist with client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage cash handling responsibilities when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients Support marketing efforts through community engagement and outreach activities Analyze client data to identify opportunities for service improvement or sales growth Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and improve service delivery Requirements Multilingual or bilingual abilities, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus Previous experience in sales, customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy Outbound calling experience is highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and representing a reputable organization.
