No Call Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

• Incentive-based model
• Salary for GYN only is $250,000 base; if doing OB also the salary would be higher
• Earning Potential is $350k

• WFM to provide all the infrastructure to get your practice up and running, including office space & equipment, EMR, reception/administrative support, billing, staffing, and assistance in credentialing
• Existing patient base at WFM will provide you with a strong foundation of patients in need of OBGYN care
• Revenue sharing compensation model
• Comfort with adolescent GYN care along with

LGBTQ+ GYN

care strongly preferred

• OB component is optional (can do just GYN without OB
• This position is meant to be flexible with the provider controlling how much or how little they want to work; this will determine how much they earn.
• Affiliated with NY Presbyterian, (Doing in-hospital deliveries is up to the provider
• Deliveries are not required)
