We are local, have deep relationships with Chicago's Insurance Community, and we always work confidentially. We currently have several Independent Agencies seeking experienced Insurance Professionals for remote, hybrid, and in-office positions throughout the Chicago area!

If you are an Insurance Professional who has independent Agency or Brokerage experience, you've come to the right place! Independent Insurance Agency or Brokerage experience is necessary: Activities placing new and renewals through multiple carriers and knowledge navigating multiple carrier portals, agency management and rating systems is a must. If your experience is limited to direct writers like State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, etc. (or you have no insurance experience) your background will unfortunately not be a fit for our positions.

Applicant Checklist:

Experience within Independent Agency, Brokerage, or Wholesale environments. Experience with agency systems and productivity apps such as; Applied Systems (TAM, Epic), Vertafore (AMS, Sagitta, BenefitPoint or Employee Navigator, AIM, ImageRight), EZLynx, etc. Experience navigating various carrier portals for both new and renewal marketing as well as day-to-day account maintenance.
