Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent to join our growing team. Position Overview The Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, assisting with policy changes, processing certificates, handling endorsements, supporting new business submissions, and delivering exceptional client communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently interact with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Service personal and/or commercial lines accounts Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and evidence of coverage Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting questions and policy updates Follow up on pending items, audits, and documentation requests Assist producers with quoting and submission preparation Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system Deliver professional and timely communication to clients
Qualifications Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Associate's Degree Minimum Active NY Property & Casualty (P&C) License Highly Preferred Active Life, Accident & Health License If not currently licensed, the candidate must be willing to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe. Ideally 2-3 months.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
