Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service, understanding their unique circumstances, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, policy details, and client interactions. Negotiate policy terms with clients and underwriters to secure favorable coverage options while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage options, and regulatory requirements to facilitate informed decision-making. Support benefits administration by assisting clients with claims processing, policy updates, and ongoing customer service inquiries. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer relationship building. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to clearly convey complex insurance information. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations effectively. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards ensures compliance across all client interactions. Analysis skills that enable detailed assessment of client needs and tailored policy recommendations.
