Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to introduce insurance products and services through outside sales efforts Assist in building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions Support sales administration tasks, including maintaining client records and processing policy applications using CRM systems Develop analysis skills by evaluating client information and insurance options to recommend suitable coverage Participate in ongoing training sessions covering property casualty, and commercial insurance regulations and products Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer service approaches Maintain knowledge of industry trends, insurance regulations, and product offerings to better serve clients Qualifications No prior experience required; we provide full training and mentorship for all new hires You will need to obtain an insurance license and we will help you.
