Who You Are:

A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal A person with 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred) Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure Extremely organized with keen attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to pass a proficiency test , drug screening , and provide valid ID & Social Security card Has a reliable form of transportation ________________________________________________________________________________________
