Description

Leveraging Liaison / Client Care Associate Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists | Buzzards Bay, MA

Pay range: $22-$24/hour Most new hires can expect an offer based on experience, expertise, and alignment with comparable positions within the hospital, typically between the minimum and the midpoint of the range. Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is growing, and the heart of that growth is an exceptional client experience. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves both the fast-paced flow of emergency medicine and the communication and organization that keeps clients, patients, and referring veterinarians supported every step of the way.

In this position, you'll work some shifts as a Leveraging Liaison (supporting the doctor/medical team) and some shifts as a Client Care Associate (front-end client experience and transactions).

About the Role

Leveraging Liaison (Doctor-Leveraging Support)

The Leveraging Liaison supports the ECC medical team to provide high-quality medical care with a high standard of service for the client, the patient, and the referring veterinarian. You'll work closely with the triage doctor to help keep patient care moving—supporting communication, flow, discharges, and client updates while the doctor focuses on diagnosis and treatment.

Client Care Associate (CCA)

The CCA is the first and last impression of CCVS. This role is client-focused and does not involve direct interaction with pets. You'll support clients and the medical team by coordinating appointments, sharing information, managing phones and records, and processing financial transactions—helping ensure every client feels informed and cared for.
