In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Flexible Schedule Work from Home Requirements Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must have ability to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Develop new Financial Services opportunities. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Attend training and continuing education courses. Handle customer renewals.
