Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Needed

We are a fast growing Independent Insurance Agency looking to expand within the Venice community. We view our Customer Service Representatives as a crucial part of our agency mission to deliver the best customer experience possible. This will be a fully remote position to start and within the first 6 months it will become an in person role. The ideal candidate will be social, task driven, organized, and a problem solver. Normal duties of this role include and are not limited to:

• Answering agency phones.
• Processing client requests.
• Answering clients questions in regards to their policies.
• Being able to work and notate within our Agency Management System.
• Able to communicate effectively on the phone and through email.
• Effective sales traits as well, this will include commission potential.

Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Must carry a FL Property & Casualty insurance producer license, also able to obtain a NJ property & Casualty License.
