Job Description
Overview We are seeking motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families understand their financial needs and provide solutions to protect their income, assets, and future goals. No prior experience in the insurance industry is required; comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position offers uncapped earning potential and is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible schedule, entrepreneurial opportunity, and long-term career growth. Responsibilities Meet with clients to identify their financial protection needs. Educate clients on life insurance and other financial solutions. Conduct in-person or virtual appointments over zoom. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners. Follow up with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate client records. Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs. Work toward personal and team sales goals. Qualifications No High school diploma Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships. Must be willing to obtain ( We sponsor the license fees) or currently hold a Life Insurance License. Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
