Job duties will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, collecting medical and insurance information, entering patient information into the EMR system, maintain accurate appointment schedules, communicating with the team and light office duties. Must be an articulate conversationalist with a positive, upbeat personality Ability to answer a multi-line telephone promptly and courteously Ability to effectively triage calls to ensure appropriate scheduling Ability to multi-task Must have respect for patients and fellow co-workers Detail Oriented Strong organizational skills Computer skills Team Oriented HIPAA Compliant Training for this position will be in-office. Typically, 30 days are required before transitioning to fully remote. Preference will be given for previous experience in women's health and/or bilingual in Spanish , or Korean . Previous experience with a call center, and familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred. Pay is negotiable, based on previous experience.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
