• Job Description:

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Answer 80-100 inbound calls per day

• Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems
• Completed High School Diploma
• Must have high speed internet (cable or fiber optic)

Training:

Monday

• Friday (fully onsite 6-8 weeks), 7:30am
• 4:00pm Shifts available after training: Monday
• Saturday (Sunday off & 1 weekday off), 11:00am
• 8:30pm, 11:30am
• 9:00pm, 12:30pm
• 10:00pm, 2:00pm

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.50
