Job Description

Office Administrative and Customer Support - Customer Service Representative#26-06846 Maplewood, MN All On-site Job Description M-F 8am-5pm (Candidate must work CST schedule). Remote - near Twin Cities is a plus but not mandatory Role is remote. Preferably in the Twin Cities, MN area but not a mandatory requirement. Primary function is customer order management. Specifically works with the export team, exporting orders outside the country. Experience with logistics, transportation, movement of goods through export process, export documentation will be extremely helpful to be successful Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (ERP experience - minimum of 1 year, more is highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in order processing and customer service operations
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required ( if candidate has extensive experience to make up for lack of degree)
Preferred Fields of Study:
Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
  • Additional certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial
  • 2 years prior customer service experience
