Start your Summer with a great new career! We are in search of a new Customer Service Representative to join our team. Apollo provides quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Basic computer and application knowledge Scheduling appointments through our operating system Professional and positive attitude when making calls Upbeat and ambitious to gain and retain customer base Keeping customer files up to date, including keeping up with maintenance member profiles and new members Service Titan is a plus Customer Service Greet and welcome walk-in customers Ability to problem solve and evaluate customers' needs to determine best options Answer phone calls in a professional, enthusiastic and timely manner Ability to contact and coordinate appointments with customers Following up with customers after appointments, gaining insight and feedback to improve service Teamwork and Communication Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and managers Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, technicians, co-workers, and supervisors Adapt to new challenges and changes in the office and job expectations Train and coach new or current employees on proper procedures necessary for job share when you are absent Keep office tidy and clean appearance for employees and customers Suggestions and willingness to contribute to new ideas for efficiency, team building, and increasing productivity Represent Apollo and Apollo's vision by providing new and life-time customers with the best experience possible, everyday and every job!
