Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team immediately on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our brand. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer order inquiries via email and online support chat in a polite and professional manner. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to price discrepancies, shipping windows, damages, refunds, replacements, and exchanges. Engage customers through email and support chat by providing informed product knowledge, style/size recommendations, and required support as needed. Collaborate cross-departmentally with warehouse personnel to address open orders, fulfillment delays, order adjustments, refused packages, and other components related to DTC orders. Utilize a third-party return platform, LOOP, to check on return status, facilitate exchanges, authorize exceptions, etc. Liaise with FedEx regarding shipping discrepancies and file claims. Monitor and review e-commerce orders to identify any potential fraud. Dispute chargebacks with relevant documentation and information. Prioritize and manage customer service tasks, escalating issues to senior management when necessary. Compile outstanding order-related issues for related departments to ensure timely resolution. Key platforms include
Gorgias, Shopify, Loop, ERP, Excel, Gmail, FedEX, Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in a customer service role. Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Must have demonstrated ability to maintain composure during challenging customer interactions. Must be proficient with technology (PC/MAC and online applications). Must have demonstrated strong multitasking skills, able to interact via phone while using the internet and other computer applications Must meet all work-from-home requirements (PC/MAC, high-speed internet access, quiet location). Must have flexible schedule and be able to work 3 days per week. Must be available to work on holidays when necessary. Experience with key platforms (Gorgias, Shopify, Loop, Excel) is a plus. Previous experience in luxury retail is highly valued.
