Type:
full-time SOKOI is an LA-based sustainable yoga wear brand founded in 2023. We make breathable and clean movement clothing using natural fibers only. All our garments are made locally in LA. We are looking for individuals who are excited about learning and growing with a small brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, aligns with SOKOI's values, practices yoga or other movement studies, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer service & Fulfillment associate

Non-Exempt Compensation :
$21-23 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Location:
Lincoln Heights (East LA / Onsite)
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
PST DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
This individual is responsible for communicating with our customers to build connections and provide outstanding support through the order, return and exchange process. They will ensure Sokoi maintains accurate inventory tracking between manufacturing, receiving, outbound shipments and returns.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Following up on customer questions related to orders and products, and resolving issues and complaints. Identify customer needs, provide proactive solutions, and build long -term customer relationships.
FULFILLMENT
Packing and shipping e-commerce and wholesale orders. Receiving and restocking returned orders. Track and order shipping materials as needed. Orders must be shipped daily to deliver the best customer experience. Research and develop the most efficient fulfillment strategy in terms of cost and shipping quality.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Receiving and counting inventory. Inspecting items for damage. Manage inventory counts quarterly to confirm stock on hand.
SHOPIFY STORE
Develop strategies for accurate tracking of products. Help manage Shopify backend including inventory updates, app integration and uploading new products.
MICELLANEOUS
