We're partnering with a well-established and growing insurance agency in the Forest Lake area seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. If you enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and being a trusted resource for clients, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, delivering exceptional customer service Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries Review coverage with clients and provide recommendations based on their needs Process policy changes accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards Partner with carriers to market and remarket accounts when needed Support producers by maintaining and strengthening client relationships Ensure all client interactions and documentation are properly recorded in the agency management system

What We're Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (MN preferred) 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar is a plus)
