Join Our Team Pontell Insurance is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Advisor to join our growing team. This role is centered around helping clients feel informed, supported, and protected when it comes to their insurance needs. You'll work closely with individuals and families to provide outstanding service and guidance for their home, auto, boat, RV, and other personal insurance policies. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and helping them maintain the right coverage. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews. Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and confidently in easy-to-understand language. Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients when they have questions or need assistance. Help ensure clients receive prompt, professional, and compassionate service every step of the way. Collaborate with a supportive team environment focused on helping both clients and coworkers succeed. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service. Previous insurance or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A dependable, positive team player who can also work independently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$23.93 - $28.82 per hour
