Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Overview Care Builder's At Home is a growing home health agency in Orlando, Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking reliable and professional Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Winter Springs Fl, or nearby areas. We are currently seeking a reliable caregiver to work mainly day shifts extended into the afternoon. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the client's plan of care and agency policies
• Maintain accurate documentation as required Requirements (Florida Required)
• Valid HHA or CNA certificate (State of Florida)
• CPR certification
• Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA compliant or willingness to complete)
• Valid ID and Social Security card
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable Preferred Qualifications
• Home health or private duty experience
