We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and experienced service representative. This position entails Property and Casualty policy processing, including claims and underwriting clerical work. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Property and Casualty insurance. This is a work from home position that will require high speed internet access, home office, and travel into the office as requested. This is a telework (work from home) desk position and requires someone who can work independently and as part of a remote team environment.

Days/Hours:

Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. A dedicated home office space, wired high speed cable/DSL internet connection, and ability to work well in this type of environment is required. As a Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service while completing the following tasks accurately and efficiently: Processing Personal and Commercial Lines endorsements. Managing renewals for Commercial Lines accounts. Ordering and reviewing property inspections and building cost estimators. Responding to correspondence and emails promptly and professionally. Performing additional processing and reporting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience. Strong understanding and working knowledge of personal and commercial policies and coverages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space. Availability to travel to regional and/or corporate offices when requested ( minimal travel required ). High School Diploma or GED required. Insurance Designation preferred (CISR, INS, CPCU, CIC, AU)
