Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will act as the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue through sales and client relationship management. You will manage incoming leads, provide accurate quotes, provide crew scheduling, and guide clients through the entire booking process from your home office.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Booking:

Respond to warm inbound leads (calls, emails, web forms) promptly and professionally to convert inquiries into booked moves.

Consultative Selling:

Analyze customer needs to offer tailored moving, packing, and storage solutions.

Accurate Quoting:

Use company CRM and estimating software to provide detailed, accurate, and profitable moving quotes.

Relationship Management:

Build rapport, follow up with potential clients, and manage customer accounts from initial inquiry to post-move satisfaction.

Documentation & Admin:

Maintain organized, up-to-date client records in the CRM and ensure all contracts are completed properly.

Support:

Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to move day.

Requirements Experience:

1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the moving, logistics, or service industry.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Sales Driven:

Highly motivated to meet or exceed sales targets, comfortable asking for the sale, and experienced in closing deals.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in using CRM platforms, email, and Google/365 Suite of Applications.
