Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation while creating a positive shopping experience. Promote upsell items and recommend additional merchandise while assisting guests on the sales floor. Stock, price, organize, and recover merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom to maintain show readiness. Process daily merchandise deliveries including unboxing, pricing, hanging, and proper storage. Maintain merchandise organization by tracking locations, returning misplaced items, and storing hangers throughout the day and at closing. Prepare autograph tables daily and support guest flow during astronaut signing events. Log and dispose of damaged merchandise and complete stockroom cleaning and organization tasks before closing. After 6 months of start date you are eligible to transfer to food and beverage and operations departments. You may be regularly required to drive yourself to a remote work location where public transportation is not available, and you will be asked to show NASA credentials for entry. Drive a company vehicle as needed. All other duties as assigned. More about you Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
